Order

Orders received in the morning will be processed by noon (Hong Kong time) on the same working day. Orders received in the afternoon will be processed within the next working day, and the order receipt time is subject to completion of payment. If necessary, please contact our customer service specialist at: online@salad.com.hk . (Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 17:30 (GMT+8), closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays)

Goods inventory

In order to ensure that the inventory quantity displayed on the website is consistent with the actual inventory, we are committed to checking the inventory quantity on the website from time to time; and its accuracy may occasionally be affected by website failures. When we find that the goods in your order are affected, we will notify you as soon as possible to confirm the order content and provide you with the option of canceling the order or replacing the goods. If we fail to contact you successfully, the out-of-stock items will be cancelled. We will ship the remaining items in your order and arrange a refund for the out-of-stock items directly to you.

Returns and exchanges

Customers are requested to send an email to online@salad.com.hk within 7 days after signing for the goods, together with the order number and the number of the product to be returned or exchanged .

We will reply to you regarding return and exchange arrangements and procedures. Exchange requests are subject to inventory availability. Customers need to return the goods via SF Express according to the instructions in the email ( if the goods are returned or exchanged due to non-quality problems, the customer must bear the shipping costs).

All returned items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold, i.e. with packaging and card tags intact. After the returned goods arrive, they will be inspected . If the goods have been damaged, modified or damaged, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to the order address via SF Express collect .

After the product inspection is completed and passed, arrangements will be made to reship the product to the order address as soon as possible . If a refund is needed, the discounted amount of the product will be refunded, and the discounted shopping money will also be returned to the member's account.

 

**Notice:

  • Reduced products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality problem.
  • If it exceeds 7 days, no return or exchange request will be accepted.

Maintenance service

With valid order/invoice information, you can enjoy product repair service within 30 days after the product is signed for. If the order/invoice information is not provided, the company will not accept it.

In case of dispute, Salad reserves the right to make the final decision.
