What payment methods do you support?

We support multiple payment methods including:

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay), Tap & Go, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal

Credit Card

Customers will be directed to the bank's 3D secure page when they proceed to checkout. Customers are required to obtain a 6-digit "one-time password" (OTP) SMS through their mobile number registered with the bank and will need to enter the password to authenticate the cardholder's identity for transactions. Customers should pass 3D secure verification to complete the payment.

The issuing bank determines whether the customer needs to enter a one-time password at the end of the checkout. The issuing bank has the opportunity to exempt the customer from entering the OTP step according to the customer's usual credit card usage and risks.

If the credit card used for checkout does not support 3D-Secure, the payment will be completed without 3D secure authorization. In this case, customers will go through the normal credit card checkout process.

Alipay (HK), Alipay (CN) and Paypal

Customers will be directed to the relevant payment apps or website to login for payment when they proceed to checkout. Customers should review the total amount before pay. Once the payment transaction is completed, you will be returned to www.bauhaus.com.hk . 

Limitation of Online Payment Amount

Please check the limitation of online payment amount due to the different policy of banks.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, please contact us to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What size should I buy?

If you're not sure which size is right for you, please refer to the sizing guide located on the product page.

Do you support product repair?

Of course! As long as there is any problem with the goods, repairing services are available within 30 days after you sign-off the delivery upon presentation of the invoice. 

Plastic Shopping Bag Charging

Pursuant to the Product Eco-Responsibility Ordinance, Plastic Shopping Bag Charging commenced on 1 April 2015. If customers request for shopping bags, Bauhaus will provide each shopping bag at a charge of HK$2.50 (HK$1.00 plastic shopping bag charging plus HK$1.50 payment gateway fee). We encourage environmental awareness so the maximum purchase quantity of shopping bags is equal to the quantity of ordered items in the single order. We will arrange to refund the amount for exceeded quantity of plastic shopping bag without any notification.

How are shipping fees calculated?

Delivery options and delivery fees for Hong Kong:

  • We will ship your order via SF Express to the delivery address you provided, including SF Stations/SF Centers/EF Lockers for self-pickup. The standard delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days. 
  • Enjoy free local delivery service with a single purchase of HK$450 or more at Bauhaus. If a single purchase is less than HK$450, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.

Delivery options and delivery fees for overseas regions:

  • We will ship your order via SF Express to the delivery address you provided. The standard delivery time is approximately 5-14 working days.

Free shipping thresholds and delivery fees:

  • Macau:Free shipping for orders of MOP$450 or more. For orders below this threshold, a delivery fee of MOP$30 will be charged.
  • Taiwan:Free shipping for orders of NT$2750 or more. For orders below this threshold, a delivery fee of NT$260 will be charged.
  • Singapore:Free shipping for orders of SG$130 or more. For orders below this threshold, a delivery fee of SG$20 will be charged.
  • Malaysia:Free shipping for orders of MYR$420 or more. For orders below this threshold, a delivery fee of MYR$68 will be charged.
  • Thailand:Free shipping for orders of THB$3,230 or more. For orders below this threshold, a delivery fee of THB$520 will be charged.

Important Notes:

All deliveries will be carried through courier service; Please remark on the date of delivery upon checkout and ensure the recipient can sign off the delivery.

Bauhaus is not responsible for any damage caused after receipt by a recipient other than the buyer. The carrier that we recommend strives to provide quick and efficient delivery services to customers but delivery time may vary due to customs processing times of different countries, delivery method selected, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holidays (i.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter). We have no control over the delivery time of the carrier and will not be legally responsible for any situation arising from the delivery process or standard of delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we currently provide delivery services to the following regions:

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. You will receive an email of dispatch once your order is collected by carrier for delivery (usually within 2 to 3 working days after order placed). To ensure easy tracking, the email will include details of the delivered items, order number and website of the delivery company for you to track the order status.

Customs, Taxes, and Real-Name Authentication Requirements for Taiwan and International Orders

Special requirements for Taiwan orders:

To comply with Taiwan customs regulations, all Taiwan orders require EZ Way Real-Name Authentication. Please provide the recipient's full name in Chinese and personal ID number when placing the order for shipping purposes.

Customs and Taxes:

When delivery is requested outside of Hong Kong, you may be considered an importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are delivering the items. You may be required to pay additional fees including customs clearance fees, import taxes/duties, or apply for import permits. Bauhaus has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the duties and/or taxes arise from the ordered products.

Important Notes:

  • Goods will be declared at their full retail value for customs purposes.
  • Custom policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for further information.
  • By completing the purchase process, you agree to take responsibility for all additional fees, taxes, or import documentation.
  • If the products are returned to Bauhaus by a customs office, we will be charged 50% of the total purchase amount to cover the delivery charge and administrative expenses incurred.

    Can I ask for a return or exchange?

    Thank you for shopping with us. We hope that you're happy with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase within 7 days of receipt after you sign-off the delivery by sending an email to cs@bauhaus.com.hk along with your order number and product code.

    We will get back to you with the arrangement of return. Product exchange arrangement will depend on the inventory level. Please follow the instruction and return the product by SF Express. The delivery fee is borne by the customer unless it relates to a product defect.

    Please be noted that:

    Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned with the original undamaged box and/or packaging. Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it is in good condition and complies with our return and refund policy. Any damaged, modified or broken products cannot be accepted and will be returned to your order address by SF Express (cash on delivery).

    After the return has been approved, we will deliver the new product to the order address as soon as possible. The refund of paid amount will be made if required. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14-30 working days.

     

    Remarks
    • Return and exchange of non-defective Flash Sale item will not be accepted.
    • Any request of return and exchange over 7 days after you signed-off the delivery will be declined.
